DETAILED FIELD SURVEY, PLANNING AND DESIGN OF BUILDINGS, ROADS AND INFRASTRUCTURE IN WILLAYAT LIWA, NORTH AL BATINAH Hold discussion with the University with alternative proposals for combination of irrigation methods , and finalize the pattern. Proceed to prepare detailed designs and BOQ . Prepare Standard set of instruction, specification, conditions, payment schedule, etc. in a form of tender document. The total cost of the project is 24,140,551 Reyal Saudi The main objective of the project is to to conduct a Consultancy Services for Detailed Field Survey, Detailed Planning and The Design of Buildings, Roads and Infrastructure in Willayat Liwa, North Al Batinah Governorate, Sultanate Oman. the scope of the work includes five phases; the five phases are: Phase(1):Comprehensive Survey Within the administrative boundaries of Willayat Liwa to identify the suitable and feasible areas to be planned. Phase(2):Detailed Field Survey for the study areas. Phase (3):Detailed Planning for the study areas Phase(4):Detailed design and tender documents for the components of the approved plans as per approved master plan. Phase(5):Detailed Design and Tender Documents for roads & infrastructures for the approved plan .
